What is direct-to-garment?
Direct-to-garment means our apparel is made after you order it. This environmentally friendly process takes longer than mass manufacturing to get the product in your hands but it’s more eco-friendly due to reduction of material waste, less carbon footprint in shipping and warehousing, and more sustainable for the business and you.
Every year, the apparel industry in the US wastes millions of tons of textiles producing clothes customers do not purchase. By producing each piece as you order instead of mass manufacturing, you are helping reduce clothing waste.
Getting the Goodies to You
1. Fullfilment
It typically takes 2–7 business days to create a made to order product
2. Shipping
Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days or is delayed due to a pandemic or holidays
3. Delivery

Items within the US take 5-10 business days to arrive.
Note that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your package.
Single items shipped within the US cost start at $3.99 with each additional item ranging from $1-$2.
As part of our ethical manufacturing & business policies, we help minimize our impact on the environment by printing each apparel piece is made-to-order after it has been purchased from the customer.
This process typically takes 3-5 business days (but please allow 3-7 days).

Yes, to most countries.
Please note though: if you live in a country that charges customs on imported orders, you will be responsible for those charges. This is something we do not have control over, sorry!

UK & Europe: 3-10 Business days.
Australia/New Zealand: 12-14 Business days.
Rest Of World: 10-14 Business days.

Products ship separately from others due to packaging differences.
To help reduce shipping costs for customers, we ship some items separately due to different sizing and materials and their packaging requirements. These non-apparel products sometimes will be sent in separate packages from apparel.
